1. Returns without reasons are not accepted in our store. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Some squishies are very soft and may get creases. Misalignment or creases caused by squeezing during transportation are normal and can be fixed easily.
3. Hard-to-demold styles may have vaseline-stained bags or bag bursts. Replacement bags will be included in your order for you to change by yourself.
4. These squishies are soft and prone to getting sticky and dusty when played with directly. We recommend playing with them inside the bag.
5. All squishies are made of food-grade silicone. Do not eat them.
6. All items are handmade. Minor flaws such as demolding marks, tiny dark spots, dust, air bubbles, pigment precipitation, oil residue, and lint are normal handmade features. Please think twice before ordering if you are a perfectionist.
7. Slight color differences exist between batches. Marbled and multi-color styles cannot be identical, and finished products are sent at random.
8. Squishies are consumables. No after-sales service will be provided for damage caused by rough squeezing or pinching.
9. A complete unboxing video is required for after-sales support. No video means no after-sales service. Please record it right after you receive the parcel.
